Orders, Shippings, and Returns
I just placed my order! When can I expect it to be fulfilled?
We try our best to fulfill your orders as soon as received. In case this is not possible, all orders are usually fulfilled between 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise on the website.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! We provide shipping all across North America. We offer free shipping on all North American orders over $75.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines will depend on your location in North America (various coastal regions), season, and the day you place your order. Generally though, it can take between 7-14 business days for your parcel to be delivered.
Do you provide international shipping outside of the USA?
This is definitely a possibility, however, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a set shipping rate. As we are a small business, the cost of shipping would solely be covered by the customer themselves. You can always add a product to your cart and move forward to the last shipping step to see the shipping rate provided by international vendors. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only provide exchanges for damaged goods that are not opened. If you feel that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us via email or our contact page so we can reach a resolution for your satisfaction.
